1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the visitor's device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) during a visit, so that the website works properly, the user experience is improved and use of the website can be analysed.

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications, the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RNM nos. 42/2020 and 294/2021) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which require prior information and, for certain types of cookies, the user's explicit consent.

3. Types of cookies we use

· Cookie type: Necessary (technical) cookies. Purpose: Enable basic functions: shopping cart, login, session, payment security. Legal basis: Legitimate interest / necessary to provide the service (no consent required). Duration: Session to a few hours/days

· Cookie type: Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). Purpose: Collect anonymised/statistical data about visits, time spent and user behaviour in order to improve the Website. Legal basis: User consent. Duration: Up to 26 months

· Cookie type: Marketing/advertising cookies (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Ads). Purpose: Show personalised ads and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on third-party platforms. Legal basis: User consent. Duration: Up to 12 months

4. Third-party cookies

Certain cookies are set by third parties (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) whose services we use for analytics and advertising. These companies may transfer data outside the Republic of North Macedonia and the European Union; the Trader seeks to ensure such transfers are made only to processors that provide an adequate level of protection (e.g. through standard contractual clauses).

5. Consent and cookie management

On the first visit to the Website, the user is shown a notice (cookie banner) through which they can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or adjust their preferences by category.

Necessary cookies do not require consent because the Website could not function properly without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after explicit consent has been given.

The user may at any time withdraw the consent given or change cookie settings through the cookie management tool available at the bottom of the Website, or through their web browser settings (by deleting/blocking cookies).
